Gromwell Extract Shikonin 30% Function and application;

1. Inhibit the release of inflammatory mediators:

Gromwell Extract Shikonin  inhibits the release of inflammatory mediators TNF-α from macrophages 

and reduces inflammation by inhibiting the transport of NF-κBp65 from the cytoplasm to the nucleus.

2. Increase the expression of specific proteins:

Gromwell Extract Shikonin can increase the expression of I-κBα and ubiquitination protein in macrophages.
